What are the minimum order and starting prices?
The minimum is 12 cases (144 bottles), or a half-barrel project. Bourbon and whiskey projects start at $3,250; gin and rum projects start at $2,950. Taxes and shipping are not included.

How do I know the spirit will live up to my label?
A beautiful label should never have to make up for what is inside. We work with award-winning distillery partners whose teams bring decades of combined spirits experience, and help you explore a selection that suits your taste, guests, and brand.
For qualifying projects, a tasting selection lets you compare proposed options before committing to your main order. We discuss the profile, proof, and final selection with you rather than asking you to choose from a photograph alone.
Is bourbon the only option?
Bourbon is in our name, but it is not the limit. Tell us about your plans for whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, tequila, or other spirits. We will explore the appropriate partner and sourcing options for your project.
Spirit availability, origin, minimum quantities, and pricing are confirmed with your quote. Tequila projects depend on suitable sourcing; not every spirit is produced by our Rocky Mountain partners.
Can we choose the proof or create a custom blend?
Yes, where the selected spirit and available stock allow it. Explore standard-proof or cask-strength options, or work with a partner on a blend shaped around your preferred taste and profile.
Whether you lean toward softer and sweeter, bolder and spicier, or something made for a signature cocktail, start by telling us what you enjoy. Custom blending, proof, minimums, pricing, and any additional development time are agreed for your project.
How long should I allow for delivery?
As a starting point, allow approximately 75–90 days for your project. Your quote will set out the project-specific schedule and when that window begins; this is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed delivery promise.
Timing depends on spirit and packaging availability, artwork approval, any required federal label or formula approvals, production, and fulfillment. Artwork revisions, custom sourcing, or additional regulatory review can extend the schedule.
What if my event or launch date cannot move?
Tell us your required delivery date before signing a contract. We will review sourcing, production capacity, artwork milestones, and the fulfillment arrangement with the partner before confirming whether the project can meet it.
A firm deadline belongs in the project plan from the beginning, not as a surprise after approval. We will be upfront about what is achievable and any conditions that affect the schedule.
